Frequently Ask Questions:WHAT SIZE ARE THE PASSES?The standard pass size we print is 75x110mm. We are happy to print any size portrait or landscape up to 85x120mm for the prices shown above.
VARIABLE DATA PRINTINGWith the power of variable data printing each pass can be personalised with different names, barcodes and images. This is included in the price of the pass.
BLEEDWe recommend that 3mm of bleed is included in your artwork. Bleed is required to allow us to cut your passes without white lines appearing on the edge of your passes. Your background image or colour should extend by 3mm on all sides of the artwork.
In the example below you can see how bleed works. The image on the left shows the artwork before being cut. The pink lines show where the passes will be cut. The image on the right shows the pass cut to the finished size.
QUIET BORDERYou should try to keep text, barcodes, boxes and logos 5mm in from the edge of the pass artwork. Please also remember that a 6mm circler hole will be punched approximately 3.5mm from the top of the pass.

You can add any colours, fonts and text you like to your design as well and logos. The print is almost photo quality and colours will match very closely to any pantones you use
We use the latest dye sublimation CMYK ink printing process to get the best quality printed lanyards. The polyester material we use is smooth and soft but very strong and hard wearing.
What size are the lanyards? Our printed lanyards are 20m wide with a drop of 45mm (flat size of 90mm). They are made up from two 45mm sections.
