Pass Printing artwork guide and helpWe want your passes to look the best they can and with in reason will always try our best to help with artwork. All prices on this website are based on your artwork being print ready. We can accept artwork in the following formats.

Please ensure that when supplying InDesign files that you package all the required fonts and images.
Remember to include 3mm of bleed all round the pass and not to place text to close the edge of the artwork
All images should be saved at a minimum of 300 DPI in a CMYK colour space.

We have three easy ways for you to supply your pass artwork.● When passing your order upload the files through the web browser.● After you have placed your order you email your artwork. Please include your order number in the email subject.● If your artwork is larger then 10mb then please contact us for our cloud upload details.

Frequently Ask Questions:WHAT SIZE ARE THE PASSES?The standard pass size we print is 75x110mm. We are happy to print any size portrait or landscape up to 85x120mm for the prices shown above. 
VARIABLE DATA PRINTINGWith the power of variable data printing each pass can be personalised with different names, barcodes and images. This is included in the price of the pass.
BLEEDWe recommend that 3mm of bleed is included in your artwork. Bleed is required to allow us to cut your passes without white lines appearing on the edge of your passes. Your background image or colour should extend by 3mm on all sides of the artwork.
In the example below you can see how bleed works. The image on the left shows the artwork before being cut. The pink lines show where the passes will be cut. The image on the right shows the pass cut to the finished size.

QUIET BORDERYou should try to keep text, barcodes, boxes and logos 5mm in from the edge of the pass artwork. Please also remember that a 6mm circler hole will be punched approximately 3.5mm from the top of the pass.
